There are many kinds of things that we should concern to make sure that our body would maintain healthy. One of those things that we should maintain is; we should make sure that all the nutrients that the body needs to maintain the health would be perfectly fulfilled. There are many kinds of nutrients and one of those is the metallic elements. There are many kinds of it that we should fulfill to make sure that the body would be fine.

Here are some of them and the functions of it. Our body needs the Fe. This metallic element is needed to help the respiratory system inside the blood and to detoxify the poisonous contents inside our body. We could get it from red meat, chicken meat, fishes and red beans. The next metallic element is the Zn. It would be useful to maintain the fertility, enhancing our body endurance, and helps us on our recovery periods after a kind of sickness. We could get it from beans.

The Man would be the next metallic element that we should add to the body. It would be useful to maintain the brain health, bones, and it has some important parts of hair and nail’s growth. We could get it from eggs, beans, green vegetables and red meat. There are still many other kinds of metallic elements that we might need such as the chromium, bronze, magnesium, and many other kinds of metallic elements.
